Akai Con Division Rap Battle Rules

• All participants must be 16 years or older to participate in the festival. 
• Be on time. All performers/groups must be there an hour before the panel begins. If everyone in your group is not present, you will not be performing. 
• You must have a valid Akaicon badge to perform. 
• Be respectful of all staff, equipment, and performers. Pay attention to your surroundings and listen to announcements. Do not block the stage/performing area. If a performer is not respectful to staff or other performers, there will be a warning. If a third warning occurs, you will be asked to leave the festival. This rule applies to performers inside and outside the festival. You are representing the idol community; treat others how you want to be treated. 
• Performance order is generated by battle song order. This will be released at a later date. 
• All performers are required to stay for the duration of the festival. If you have any scheduling conflicts, contact kirakiraidolfestival@gmail.com or contact one of the mods of the discord AT LEAST a week in advance. Any later, and accommodations will not be met. 
• All audio and visuals are due two weeks before the performance. If your group is selected, you will be asked to send them on time. If not, you will not be performing (unless communicated otherwise). There will be no extensions. We will discuss more about videos after acceptances go out.
